Terms of Service.

MyTradingCoach is a coaching tool for cryptocurrency traders. It runs as a Telegram Mini App and on the web. Core features:

• A daily 20-minute voice or text conversation with an AI coach trained in depth psychology, behavioral finance, and Stoic practice
• Read-only integration with supported cryptocurrency exchanges (for context only; no trading is possible through this Service)
• A journal of session summaries and structured notes (themes, defenses, body cues, next-session focus)
• A small set of daily rituals (pause, check-in, breathe, intention, evening reflection)

We say this clearly because the surface looks like things it is not.

The Service is not financial advice. The AI coach is prompted to refuse market predictions, buy/sell/hold recommendations, price targets, entry/exit levels, position sizing, leverage advice, or any actionable trading guidance. If it accidentally produces such output, you must not rely on it. Nothing in this Service constitutes investment advice, financial planning, or a solicitation to trade.

The Service is not therapy or medical care. The AI coach is trained in the tools of depth psychology but is not a licensed therapist, psychiatrist, psychologist, or counselor. It cannot diagnose, prescribe, or treat any mental-health condition. If you are in mental-health crisis, please use the crisis-line resources in the Help section of the app, or call a local emergency number.

The Service is not a custodian of funds. We never hold your crypto. Exchange API keys are read-only by design and policy. We cannot place trades, transfer funds, or change settings on your exchange accounts.

You may use the Service if:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where the use of the Service is prohibited by law.
• You are not on any sanctions list maintained by the United States, the European Union, or the United Kingdom.

Your account is tied to your Telegram identity. By opening the Service inside Telegram, you authorize us to receive and verify the standard Telegram Mini App initData payload, which includes your Telegram user ID, name, and language preference. You are responsible for the security of your Telegram account.

When you connect a supported exchange, you provide an API key generated by you on the exchange's side. You agree to provide only read-only API keys. Our code only calls read endpoints. If you provide a key with trading or withdrawal permissions, our code still won't trade, but the responsibility for the over-permissioned key sits with you. See Privacy for the encryption posture.

Voice sessions run over a direct WebRTC connection between your browser and OpenAI's Realtime API. Our server is not in the audio path. After the session ends, an AI summarizer extracts a structured note (summary, tags, themes, defenses noticed, body cues, “next focus” sentence) which is stored in your journal. The raw transcript is not stored.

You retain ownership of your stored content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service for you. We do not share your content with third parties for marketing, training, or advertising.

You agree not to: harass or harm others; attempt to use the Service for actions it does not advertise; reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI prompts in bulk for redistribution; generate content that violates applicable law; misrepresent your identity; or probe/scan the Service except under coordinated security disclosure. The Service has a Free tier and a paid Pro tier ($29/month, $290/year). Pro adds features described in the in-app pricing page. Payment processing (when enabled) goes through Telegram Stars or a comparable payment provider; their terms apply to the payment transaction itself. You may cancel Pro at any time and retain features through the end of the current billing period.

The AI coach produces text and speech in response to your input. AI outputs may contain mistakes, mischaracterizations, or content you find unhelpful or upsetting. You are the final arbiter of how to act on anything the coach says or implies.

You agree that you will not rely on AI output for any decision involving money, health, relationships, or safety. If the coach raises something that affects those domains, you will consult a qualified human professional before acting.

Your privacy posture is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. The privacy policy is part of these terms by reference.

We provide the Service “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or compatibility with any specific device or operating system. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes affecting existing users.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for losses arising from your trading decisions, your use of AI output, your loss of access to your Telegram identity, or your interaction with third-party services (including exchanges and OpenAI).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred euros (€100), whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims brought by third parties arising from your violation of these terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of applicable law in connection with the Service.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at help@mytradingcoach.io. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms, non-payment of Pro subscription fees, or compliance reasons. On termination, your data will be deleted within thirty (30) days, subject to legal retention obligations.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Service will be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Cyprus, unless applicable consumer-protection law gives you a mandatory right to bring proceedings elsewhere. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. For material changes, we will notify you in-app or via your Telegram identity at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
